This prototype uses a mock rate engine for demonstration. It's structured to
match the response shape of the Compulife Quote Software API, so the
mockQuoteEngine() function can be swapped for a real
compulifeAPI() call once an account/API key is set up —
no changes needed to the form or results UI.

agency's Final Expense UW Grid Sheet. Color dot = best available outcome for that carrier on
that condition; always read the exact wording before quoting, since most rules depend on how
recently the condition was diagnosed or treated.
